Basic Compliance Policy
The foundation of compliance at PT Marry Corporation Group is to earn the trust of society by adhering to our guiding principle: “To comply with laws and regulations while maintaining the highest ethical standards.”
This commitment is encapsulated in two core principles:
- “Giving First Priority to Compliance”: Compliance always takes precedence over all activities of the group. Pursuit of profit must never lead to violations of compliance.
- “Immediate Reporting”: In the event of a compliance issue, employees are required to report the situation promptly to their line manager, senior management, or the relevant department within the corporate group.
PT Marry Group Compliance Policy
In March 2019, the PT Marry Group Compliance Policy was formally developed and approved under the supervision of the Board of Directors. This policy builds on previous compliance guidelines, ensuring the principles outlined in the Basic Compliance Policy are clearly communicated and adopted across the organization.
To support this, the group provides ongoing educational programs, including seminars and e-learning, to promote understanding and adherence to the policy.
Additionally, the PT Marry Group has implemented a Compliance Manual, which is regularly reviewed for effectiveness and relevance. Updates to the manual are made as needed to align with evolving standards and practices.
By embedding compliance into our culture, PT Marry Group ensures that ethical conduct remains at the heart of everything we do.
