- The CEO’s active role in the World Economic Forum’s Alliance of CEO Climate Leaders underscores the company’s dedication to climate action on a global stage.
Board of Management Responsibilities
- Oversees climate-related risk management.
- Directs climate initiatives within the Crop Products and Services Division, focusing on emission reductions, removals, and agricultural resilience.
Supervisory Board’s Role
- Ensures collective expertise in sustainability and climate-related matters.
- An ESG Committee within the Supervisory Board monitors sustainability goals and progress, in collaboration with the Sustainability Council.
Incentive Programs
Long-Term Incentives (LTI)
- 20% of LTI for all managers and board members is tied directly to group sustainability targets, including climate protection goals.
Short-Term Incentives
- Climate targets are embedded in annual variable remuneration, reinforcing immediate accountability and action toward sustainability objectives.
